Harry Edwards is a professional musician and guitar teacher based in Hobart, Tasmania. He has performed across Australia as a jazz guitarist with various jazz ensembles including Django’s Tiger and the Harry Edwards Trio. In 2015 he released his debut album of original compositions with the Harry Edwards Trio.
Composition and Jazz Manouche are Harry’s core passions, and he has studied extensively with some of the world’s leading gypsy jazz guitarists in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and the U.S.A.
Harry has extensive experience teaching students of all ages and is well versed in all contemporary styles.
